Petrol Ofisi Carius EP 146 is an NLGI 1.5 consistency grease containing special additives that provide resistance to water washout and high temperatures, together with EP (extreme pressure) additives. It maintains lubrication at high temperatures without breaking down, reducing grease consumption and maintenance costs.
- Applications: Low-speed roll bearings operating between 150–190 °C in the exit units of iron and steel and continuous casting lines; centralised lubrication systems.
- Features: Resistance to shock loads thanks to EP additives, protection against fatigue and wear, good oxidation and thermal stability, rust and corrosion protection even in acidic environments; suitable for centralised lubrication systems.
