Molykote FB 180 Grease 1 Kg Non-Drip Grease

Molykote FB 180 is a high-performance grease consisting of mineral oil, inorganic thickener, corrosion inhibitors and solid lubricants. Having no dropping point, it does not melt at high temperatures or flow out of the lubrication point; thanks to low oil evaporation and low tendency to oxidise, it is suitable for long-term lubrication.

• Applications: Lubrication points operating continuously at high temperature, under light to heavy loads and at low to medium speeds: plain and rolling bearings of conveyors in drying ovens, vulcanising plants and heating plants, fans and electric motors.
• Features: Emergency running properties and wear reduction thanks to solid lubricants, good resistance to water washout, good corrosion protection; free of lead and nickel.
• Typical properties: NLGI 2; operating temperature -30 °C / +160 °C (180 °C short-term), base oil viscosity 260 mm²/s at 40 °C, no dropping point, four-ball weld load 2,200 N.
